PowerSync JS Web Client SDK: Open Alpha

We are excited to announce the open alpha release of the PowerSync JS Web Client SDK. It is a pure Vanilla JS Web SDK and does not use any frameworks. With this SDK, JS web developers can add instant offline-first capability to their web apps.

We additionally published the following to complement the SDK:

• A React to-do list example app using the PowerSync Web SDK and a Supabase backend. Follow the instructions in its README to get started.

• React hooks (available in the @powersync/react package) which can be used to automatically re-render React components when query results update.
