Monitoring & Alerting

We are pleased to announce major new features for customers using PowerSync Cloud: monitoring and alerting for your PowerSync instances.

This allows you to monitor your instance(s) and you will be able to receive alerts for potential problems or usage spikes, making troubleshooting and performance tracking way easier. Think: catching replication errors early or knowing when you are hitting a usage limit.

Here’s what’s coming your way (with some features rolling out in phases):

  • Monitor Service and Replication Activity: Track replication and sync logs with Instance Logs, to assist with troubleshooting and monitoring performance.

  • Configure Alerts: Set up Issue Alerts for connection, replication, or sync issues, and Metric Alerts to track key usage metrics like data synced, peak concurrent connections, and more. *

  • Webhooks: Integrate PowerSync with your external systems by setting up Webhooks that trigger on issue or metric alerts, as well as deploy state changes. *

* The availability of these features varies with your PowerSync subscription. Additionally, this functionality is being released in phases, so not all features are yet available. Stay tuned for additional announcements!

See this table for an overview of features currently available and coming soon.
