JWT Audience, Client SSL Certificates and Dashboard UX Improvements

Over the past week, we shipped a number of improvements to the PowerSync Dashboard and PowerSync Service.

Simplified Authentication and Client SSL Certificates

• Developers can now configure the JWT aud (Audience) field for an instance which simplifies setting up authentication via Firebase and Auth0. Details are documented here.

• Added support for client SSL certificates (relevant for Google Cloud SQL). This field can be found under Connection settings (Edit instance > Connections).

UX Improvements

• Connection passwords are no longer displayed in the URI field.

• Improved editing of the URI field.
